Heritage exports over 10 million kg of tea to over 50 countries, Japan is the oldest partnership. Our team of tea professionals have a collective experience exceeding 200 years backed by state of the art manufacturing facilities. The organization has established an effective food management systems that is based on a continuous process of improvement. The food safety and management systems specify each tea product from selecting, blending, packing and exporting.

Heritage has large storage facilities in which we can store up to 2200MT at any given time. There are 3 separate state of the art tea cleaning, processing and blending facilities working strictly up to Japanese accepted quality standards which is capable of manufacturing up to 22,000MT per annum. We are able to produce any type of tea bag products ( Staple free ) in double chamber, single chamber, pot bags and pyramid bags, as well as loose tea products in packets, tins together with shipments of large quantities of tea in bulk which is supplied to long established quality conscious brand owners and multinational companies worldwide. 

The HACCP team and the staff of the organization have conducted several kinds of research on the process of production. The stages of development and implementation of the food and safety management system are ensured with the ISO 22000:2005 international standards.
